At Juniper Print Shop, we want you to love your new art; however, because our prints are made to order, we offer a 30-day window for returns on physical goods in exchange for store credit. Please note that digital downloads are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return for store credit.

Prepare the Package

Carefully roll your prints in their original protective tissue and secure them inside the original shipping tube to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the exterior of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Receive Store Credit

Once our warehouse inspects the returned art, we will issue a digital gift card for the full purchase price minus a small restocking fee.
